EVA Pro offers an annual subscription for the Pro Version of EVA at $3500 with additional training modules priced at $20 per person, per course. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the services provided.

All content, features, and functionality provided by EVA Pro are the exclusive property of Automate HQ Inc. and its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our explicit permission.

5. Confidentiality
You agree to keep all non-public information disclosed by Automate HQ Inc. confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
Automate HQ Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by you to Automate HQ Inc. in the past twelve months.
